Embodied
Alchemy

Sustained companionship through a real threshold

Six months of somatic facilitation, archetypal and mythic work, and close relational accompaniment — and three portraits marking who you were, who emerged, and who you became.

A living container — shaped by what surfaces, held by one consistent relationship across six months, and witnessed in images that hold who you were, who emerged, and who you became.

What It Is

A season of becoming, held from beginning to end.

Most transformational work asks you to do the deepest part alone — to have the breakthrough in the room, then carry it home by yourself and hope it holds. Embodied Alchemy is built differently. It is a sustained relationship across six months, where the work unfolds at the pace your system actually needs, witnessed the entire way.

All fields of the practice are alive in this container: somatic facilitation as the technical foundation, archetypal and mythic frameworks giving language to what surfaces, portraiture making artifacts of the crossing, and storytelling as the through-line that reauthors the myth you've been living inside.

A skilled companion who enters the depths with you — holding the container while you do the work.

This is for the person who is done with surface-level work, who wants to be met at the level of the body and the story and the image, and who is ready to be witnessed through a real transformation rather than a weekend's worth of insight.

The Shape of the Container

How six months unfolds.

A living arc, not a fixed curriculum. The phases below describe the shape the work tends to take, while staying responsive to what actually surfaces in you.

I
The Beginning

Orienting

The container opens closer — more contact, while we establish safety, building your somatic vocabulary, and learning how your particular system moves. You don't walk cold into the depths. You arrive resourced, with the ground laid and the relationship established. This is also when your first portrait session happens — your own intentional self-portrait, a true starting point, optionally paired with a simple grounding sitting with me if you'd like one.

II
The Depths

The Work

Biweekly somatic sessions become the rhythm. This is where the real movement happens — somatic work with what arises, parts work, shadow and archetypal exploration, and the slow business of letting the body set down what it has been carrying. Between sessions you can reach me — within clear, agreed limits, so the support is real and neither of us is on call. When your archetype comes clear, the second portrait is made — the image of who is emerging. An optional mid-container pause for integration is available if your system asks for it.

III
The Close

Integration & Testimony

As the container completes, the work turns toward integration — making what moved durable, weaving it into the life you return to. And the third portrait is made: who you became. You leave with artifacts — images and, if you choose, a mythos booklet — that witness the crossing and hold its memory, that you can return to when the old stories try to tell you nothing changed.

The Images

Three moments, witnessed.

There is no shorter way to witness a passage. You cannot see a crossing without a before, a middle, and an after — so there are three, and each one arrives when the work is ready for it, rather than on a date we chose in advance.

I

Who You Were

Before the work touches you. This one is not mine — you take it yourself. An intentional self-portrait, made by your own hand and your own eye, before anything has moved. It is the honest starting point, and it belongs to you entirely.

If you’d like, we can pair it with a simple grounding sitting together. Entirely your choice.

II

Who Is Emerging

In the middle of the crossing. The most fully built of the three — the world designed around what has actually surfaced in you. We do not schedule this one. We wait, and we make it when the archetype comes clear. It is the image of something in you that has not finished arriving.

III

Who You Became

At the far side. Made in whatever register is now true to you — from the plainest to the most staged. Where the first was a beginning and the second a glimpse, this one is arrival: a portrait of the self you carried yourself toward.

Three is not a package size. It is the shape of a crossing — and it is the least you can see one with.

What's Included

Everything the container holds.

The Container
  • Six-month sustained relationship
  • Somatic sessions every two weeks — the steady rhythm the body needs to trust the work
  • A closer opening phase, while you learn the language of your own body and we build the ground to stand on
  • Support between sessions, so the work does not stop when you close the laptop
  • A pause partway through, if your system asks for one
  • Archetypal work — giving what is moving in you a shape large enough to hold it
  • Story and mythopoetic imagination as the through-line — reauthoring the myth you live inside
The Photography & Artifacts
  • Three portraits — who you were, who is emerging, who you became
  • A curated gallery from each session
  • Archival prints — something with weight, not a folder of files
  • Optional add-on: a Mythos booklet — a printed keepsake weaving your portraits together with the story, archetypes, and threshold of your container (distinct from the loose prints; priced separately)
  • Optional: Wall art, albums, extended artifact collection

Distance Clients

Default to online sessions, with the in-person portrait sessions arranged through travel — to you, to me, or a meaningful location somewhere in between. Travel and related costs are covered by the client, plus a travel fee, arranged transparently in advance.

In every rite of passage there is someone whose task is to reflect the crossing back — so you can see what you have done.
I do that with a camera.
Before you go further — the line I hold. I am trained so that trauma-related material can be met and worked with as it arises. I am not a licensed therapist, and this is not therapy — though it can be deeply therapeutic. This work is for people who are stable enough to explore, not for those in acute crisis. When something needs licensed clinical care, I will say so and help you find it. How this work is held →
Is This for You?

This container is for you if —

You want time. Not a weekend of insight, but a season long enough for the work to actually land. You are ready for depth, intimacy, and an artifact that witnesses it — something to hold onto when the work is done. Something in you is ready to be named, claimed, and witnessed — and you want to be held, skillfully, the whole way through.

If this is your threshold —

Embodied Alchemy begins with an application and a discovery call, so we can both feel whether it's a true fit before anything begins.

Investment: $7,500 for the six-month container
