What happens to what you send me.

This page explains what this website collects, where it goes, and what you can ask me to do with it. What you share once we work together is held as described in Ethics & Care.

Effective October 16, 2026

The short version

This site collects only what you choose to type into a form. It sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking code. I never sell your information or share it for marketing.

What the forms ask for

The contact form, on the Home and Begin pages, asks for your name and email, and your phone number if you want to give it. It also asks what you are drawn to, what you are moving through, what draws you to the work, and how you found me. On the Home page it also asks, optionally, for your location or time zone.

The Threshold application asks for your name, email, location or time zone, and how you found me. It asks about what is drawing you to the work and whether anything in your life feels like a crisis right now. It asks, optionally, about your health or other support. It also asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and can meet the practical requirements.

The Embodied Alchemy application asks for your name, email, phone number, location or time zone, and how you found me. It asks what is drawing you to the work, what you are moving through, what you have done before, how you feel about being photographed, how you would like to work, and whether anything in your life feels like a crisis right now. It asks, optionally, about your health or other support and when you hope to begin. It also asks you to confirm that you are 18 or older and understand the commitment and investment.

The Writing and Muse Atelier lists ask only for your email.

If you write to me directly, I receive whatever your email includes.

Where it goes

When you send a form, it travels through Web3Forms, a form service, and arrives in my email inbox, which is hosted by Google. According to its privacy policy, Web3Forms keeps a copy of submissions on its own servers for up to three years and may check your email and IP address with spam-filtering services. It operates from India and stores data with Amazon Web Services.

Two more services receive a small amount of information whenever anyone visits.

Cloudflare hosts this website. Like any web host, its servers receive your IP address and basic browser details when a page loads, so it can deliver the page and protect the site from abuse. Cloudflare’s privacy policy

Google Fonts supplies the site’s typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details in the process. Google’s privacy policy

Links to Instagram and Substack take you to those platforms, and their own policies apply once you are there.

How I use it

I use what you send to reply to you, to read your application and decide with you whether this work is a good fit and safe for you right now, and to send the updates you signed up for. That is all.

I do not use your information for advertising. I share it only with the services named above, with your written consent, or where the law requires it.

The more personal questions

The Threshold and Embodied Alchemy applications ask about crisis and, if you choose, about your health and support. I ask because it helps me know whether this work is right for you at this moment.

Web forms and email are convenient. They are not a protected medical records system. Share only what you are comfortable sending this way. Anything optional can wait for our call.

How long I keep it

I keep messages and applications as long as I need them to respond to you. If we work together, I keep them for the length of our work and a reasonable time after. You can ask me to delete them at any time, and I will remove them from my inbox and my Web3Forms account.

What you can ask for

You can ask what information I have from you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you joined a list, you can leave at any time by replying to any email from me. Write to me at sovereignsplendor@gmail.com and I will answer.

Tracking signals

This site does not follow you across other websites, so there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off. Cloudflare and Google receive only the basic request details described above, under their own policies.

A few last things

Age. This website is meant for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent me information, write to me and I will delete it.

Security. I take reasonable care with what you send. No website, form or inbox is perfectly secure, so I cannot promise that anything sent over the internet is.

Who runs this site. Sovereign Splendor LLC, based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, in the United States. The services above may process information in the United States and in other countries.

Changes. If this page changes in a meaningful way, I will update it here and change the date at the top.

Questions about any of this are welcome. Write to me.
